NIKEiD lets you make it personal. You begin with a blank product - or an inspiration - and express your individual style by adding color and a personal iD. (If you're on a team, NIKEiD is also a great way to choose specific color combinations for your team's gear.) In addition, NIKEiD provides fit enhancement by offering independent sizing or widths on selected shoe styles. Your creations are made to order, and in most cases will ship within 4 weeks.

- Once you contact our customer service department, you will receive a RSO tracking number and instructions on what to do with the product.
- When packing the product, be sure to include the original invoice, original order number, RSO number, name, mailing address, and phone number.
For most NIKEiD products, you can submit a combination of letters, spaces and numbers to form an iD - a personalized message that appears on your creation. While we accept most iDs, we cannot honor every one. Some may contain other trademarks, or the names of certain professional sports teams, athletes or celebrities that NIKE does not have the right to use. Others may contain material that we consider inappropriate or simply do not want to place on our products. Unfortunately, at times this obliges us to decline iDs that may otherwise seem unobjectionable. If your personal iD is unacceptable, your order will be canceled and you will be notified via phone call or email. NIKE reserves the right to cancel any iDs after they have been submitted. Complete all of the customization steps and then click on "REVIEW" to take a final look at your design. (Note: If you do not see the "REVIEW" button, you have missed a step in the customization process.)
We take orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We accept almost all China bank cards and the following international credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Union Pay.
Within teamLOCKER, each player can purchase the selected team design(s) individually. Select products can be ordered in multiples of more than one at a time. For these items, you can add multiple sizes to your cart at once and choose different Personal iDs for each design. After designing and personalizing the product, click "Finalize". Choose a size and quantity and then select "Add More" to choose additional sizes and quantities. Finally, "Review" and "Add to Cart". Once inside the cart, you can edit each product to change the Personal iD. When purchasing multiples of a design, all items in the cart must be paid for with one payment type. If you would like to purchase multiple sizes and Personal iDs for a product that is not multiple-add-to-cart enabled or you would like to use more than one payment type, then you can place separate orders for each product.
If you need to return your product for any reason, you will have to include your invoice. We cannot accept returns without an original invoice.
Once we receive your order, your design is scheduled and materials are prepared. Every NIKEiD product is made to order, and in most cases, we'll be able to ship your product to you within 4 weeks, unless otherwise noted.
To track your NIKEiD order, click below (a bottom link to order status check site). If you are a registered member, then you will only need your username and password, otherwise you will need your order number.
We start processing your NIKEiD product immediately. Therefore, cancellations or modifications to NIKEiD orders are not possible.
We accept the following consumer initiated returns:
